proSupervise Ltd Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. It is proSupervise Ltd’s policy to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information we may collect about you, including via our app, proSupervise Ltd, and its associated services. Personal information is any information about you which can be used to identify you. This includes information about you as a person (such as name, address, and date of birth), your devices, payment details, and even information about how you use an app or online service. In the event our app contains links to third-party sites and services, please be aware that those sites and services have their own privacy policies. How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
During the performance of our contract some sensitive data may be transferred through our operating systems. This information can be both in telephone and text formats. We treat this information with the upmost importance and given the sensitivity and possible legal consequences which could be attached to the retention of this material we operate a specific retention period for this area. We will store this information for seven years after it has been captured upon which time it will then be deleted, unless we are obliged to store this information for legal or insurance purposes.
However, if necessary, we may retain your personal information for our compliance with a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation or for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific, or historical research purposes or statistical purposes.
proSupervise Ltd will delete all inactive or dormant accounts after 2 years since their last activity. If you decide that you no longer want to have access to the proSupervise Ltd App then it is the purchaser’s/client’s responsibility to remain cognisant of the information that is stored on the proSupervise Ltd App. All financial information will be kept for seven years to satisfy our legal and accounting obligations.
Lodging A Subject Access Request
If you would like to lodge a Subject Access Request, you will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data as part of the Applicant process (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive or refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances. We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.
